California Solar Initiative Passes

ggbridge.gifBig News: Despite a number of roadblocks, the California Solar Initiative has apparantly just been passed by the California Public Utilities Commission. The initiative is a $3.2 billion solar incentive program spread over 11 years that aims to create 3 Gigawatts of solar energy, or the equvalent of one million solar powered homes.
