When I first saw that headline I sort of dismissed it - but I posted it anyway, because if you read the article, it's not just a partisan hack (although the headline definitely is, in fact I tempered it a bit - the original was something like "EPA heads bash bush" or something like that. Anyway, the fact that most of them are from Republican administrations is what made this interesting enough to post. To tell you the truth, I agree.
