		<description>Just a note on the Vitamin D section.  &quot;But did you know that 70% of black kids and 90% of Asian kids are allergic to milk?&quot; needs revising - they are lactose intolerant, not allergic.  It is important to understand the difference, as one is purely a gut reaction, while the other involves the immune system.
Also, most milk alternatives are fortified with Vitamin D to the same levels of milk (check the label), though the sun is still the best source of this vitamin.
