The government at all level is advice to provide favorable and reliable environmental development policies to consolidate effective social services. These require the support of various stakeholders. The mood of the people must be set towards these goals. They must know that, the part to sustainable access to basic sanitation demands new thinking, new approach and new orientation and must be all inclusive. The fund must target community based organisation that is closer to the people inorder to encourage bottom top approach, especially in Africa

Donations to the Global Sanitation Fund will be focused primarily on achieving two of the U.N.'s Millennium Development Goals: those to reduce child mortality and ensure environmental sustainability. The WSSC's targets for the Fund are by 2015 to reduce under-5 mortality by 2/3 and reduce by half the proportion of people without sustainable access to basic sanitation. The Fund also aims to contribute to the achievement of universal primary education and promotion of gender equality and women's empowerment, two other Millennium Development Goals Thank You.
