My name is Michael Bergner, I am a chemical engineering senior at ASU, looking to do a senior design project on waste heat recovery from breweries, the power generation from methane is a very interesting prospect for this. I was wondering if anyone had any good sources for information on this process as I would like to do a design for a local brewery here in Tempe, Four Peaks as my final project. Any help would be wonderful or a point in the right direction. Thanks

		<description>Great post! I knew all about New Belgium&#039;s practices, but (although I&#039;m a long-time fan), didn&#039;t know all the details about Sierra Nevada. And  now I have Brooklyn to look out for as well.
