The legislation is needed, so they'd better learn to deal with it! The real headline should say - Supply Chains that are PREPARED will LOVE legislation because they'll be ready and less thoughtful competitors may not be. There's heaps of money to be made improving the efficiency of supply chains, so I think "dread" is a bit of an exaggeration!
