Good to see them planning ahead for a positive outcome. It is altogether too easy to just go negative in times like these. And negativism seldom leads to a positive outcome.
It will not be easy, but they have a good foundation to build upon for a brighter future. I wish them the best of luck!

People adapt, if the change is not too radical and rapid. Being forewarned of the changes allows time to prepare.<br

As in Germany - photovoltaic panels on every roof of every church, school, business and home. We are 100 years behind Europe and need to take a major step forward.

Time to invest in robust human-centered infrastructure: bicycle and walking routes, electric and high speed rail – all based on renewable and sustainable energy (solar, wind, hydro, geothermal). Now if only they'd get turned on to the green economy and they'll be rolling. How about re-tooling that place to churn out wind turbines or solar panels?

But, to continue – I think it’s great that they’ve been diversifying.
