Subsidy needs to be provided for the means of utilising the biomass crops - the electricity generators. Provide the customer and the agricultural sector will have the confidence to provide the crops! If it results in <a href="http://www.atlanticeg.co.uk/" rel="nofollow">cheap electricity</a> for us UK consumers then all the better.
