		<description>I think that, despite the potential for a skewed representation by top participants and the owner, it still is likely to better represent what the community that will ultimately support it wants, even if just a little more than if the owner just decided to open the restaurant with no community input, merely hoping for success based on their anecdotal research, if any.
That final part says the most important bit, in my mind: That when people feel listened to, they&#039;re much more likely to have good feelings towards whoever is doing the listening.
