I am one of the founders of GreenRenter and we really appreciate the coverage and exposure as we work to improve the site and expand our service offerings.  You hit it on the head regarding offering incentives to building owners aside from the complex and expensive certifications currently available.  Hopefully as we grow GreenRenter, and similar services, will provide a showcase for those are making sustainable efforts.
