Wow...It is really mind blowing and exciting that Sun goes ahead and implements the two-way communication of CSR, that I've been contemplating for quite while. Coincidentally I discover this post just a few days after I've dared to send in a draft for a research proposal on the subject, fearing that it might not fly because of the lack of real world examples, rendering the research purely theoretical.

Love the article man and love that Sun is "leading the pack". For us at 7th Generation, we are definitely into the 2.0 "getting the conversation going" idea AND we really want to find ways where the dialogue is shifting folks who are finally getting that being sustainable is good business to being sustainable is leaping beyond "doing less harm" to creating healthy systems that are regenerative both on the earth and in the global social systems. We need to keep holding the framework that in our every deliberation we consider the impact of every one of our decisions on the next 7+ generations (Iroquois quote). I am hoping that this dialogue we-all are creating is helping design the mind needed to create a truly healthy world. Thanks man, Gregor

Terrific post - thanks for bringing Sun's new strategy to light. A followup article/interview down the road that delves into the company's experience with this approach would be incredibly informative.

Really excited to hear about Sun's efforts to take CSR reporting to the next level. Really like this approach- I'll be watching the comments section!
