		<description>Unbelievable that your audience for NIMBY could believe the wind &quot;spin&quot; that suggests living near a wind farm is prefereable to living near a nuclear facility.  Wharton ought not trade on ignorance.  Next time invite people whose lives have been impoverished, health impaired, property value lost, spirit diminished, etc. For what? Intermittment power that does nothing but enrich investors at taxpayer expense.
