1. No one is quite sure what Obama’s plans really are.
2. If we judge Mr. Obama on his actions and not his words, we’re looking at the 3rd term of Bill Clinton, since he’s packed his cabinet with ex-clinton people…
Obama seems to be more of the same when judegd by his actions. This doesn’t match what he says, so the result is much uncertainty….

The world’s largest solar power plant is being planned at Gujarat,India.This will have 5GW capacity and the cost of electricity will be equivalent of conventional coal fired power plants.

What about that oil has dropped from $147 a barrel to $40 something as of today? Think a fall of about 66% might affect the perception of the perceived profitability time frame for a solar installation?
