		<description>It&#039;s great to see impact made in high volume places like that. I heard recently that The NFL is using Verterra leaf based plates for a Super Bowl VIP party, as is the NBA for an All Star VIP party. Who would of thought, just a few years ago, such things would happen?

		<description>I&#039;ve heard a lot about big stadiums becoming greener through using biodegradable containers for food and utensils. I know Aramark is one management company that is doing this in a lot of their venues. Since stadiums produce so much waste I think this is a good thing because they need to do all they can to reduce their footprint.
