		<description>I don&#039;t know a lot about this guy, but judging from the quote alone, it doesn&#039;t sound totally unreasonable.  Renewable energy is expensive and his stating as such is not out of line.   In fact, efficiency may be a far better investment, at least initially, than in any sort of new power source.  Though I&#039;ve no idea if this guy gets that either.
