A while ago I posted about Tony Hsieh’s inspiring keynote address at last March’s South by Southwest Interactive Conference in Austin, TX. I had hoped to have the video up then, but it wasn’t available until more recently. If there’s one thing worth spending 15 minutes on today, it’s watching Tony’s talk – whether you’re a manager, an entrepreneur or just someone who thinks companies can be run better.
