Carbon emission standards and regulations should make corporations think more responsibily about new business and acquisitions. The question that I keep thinking about is whether they will actually become more responsible about emissions or pay their way out because they can...it's tough in a world where developed countries create standards that developing countries cannot afford to adopt because of poverty and the need to grow...but it's all one world in the end...thoughts on universal carbon emission standards...???
