What are the costs for the 50,000 kilowatt size turbines? Do we have to buy the order from GE or do you have them in stock down there?

I have people in Mexico That would like to talk to you about buying the wind turbine and also help with the wind plan.We have not only connection with government entities/mayors but also we are currently entertaining other energy programs in the country. We are ready have gas sations but would like to get into the wind deal. Let me know if you can help or if Mr Pinkens would be interested in Mexico.

Mr. Pickens is quite aware of Guam, thank you.

I don't think it is wise to ask for a free wind turbine just because one recognizes the obvious.

This is a Texas businessman, not an Arabian Muslim royalty. His interest will be in business opportunity, not social engineering.

Hafa adai from the Island of Guam Mr. Pickens,

My name is Michael Minginfel from the US Island of Guam in the Pacific. I am sure that you are aware of the US Military Base in Okinawa Japan closing down and is being transfered to Guam. This will increase the island population dramatically and require additional resources such as our energy which is presently petrolium based.

I see a great opportunity for wind turbine energy here to support our aging power plants and dependency on oil. I am humbly requesting if you can assist me with your great idea and resources starting with just one wind turbine. I am able to get all the permits required through the governer and a place for it near the power plant that is always windy.

I hope that this message will get to you so I can communicate to you directly regarding this request.

Would you say there is a glut of turbines or just a lot of un started orders? I have connection with a moderate to small trucking company in the southwest that is looking into hauling large turbines to sights but in today’s market this segment seems a bit volital and the manufactures aren’t able to give any definite decisions
