I almost included something about how we've come a long way since processed meats and cheeses in plastic containers. But, the Goodbyn is a really smart alternative to other short-cut lunch products, and with its added environmental benefits, it has real market potential. The key will be if they can keep up with demand at the start up phase and gain enough traction to penetrate beyond just the green segment. @Jen – They may laugh at you, but not because of the lunchbox! ;)
