Bob Stiller did the same thing B&amp;J&#039;s did, stepped down and hired a CEO. B&amp;J&#039;s wasn&#039;t taken over by Unilever until years later.  Ben and Jerry fought to keep the company but were forced to sell.   

Hopefully this never happens to GMCR.</description>
