B&J's wasn't taken over by Unilever until years later. Ben and Jerry fought to keep the company but were forced to sell. Hopefully this never happens to GMCR. Bob Stiller did the same thing B&J’s did, stepped down and hired a CEO. B&J’s wasn’t taken over by Unilever until years later. Ben and Jerry fought to keep the company but were forced to sell.

Hopefully this never happens to GMCR.
