		<description>There is a lot of desert out there.  It&#039;s hard to fathom that there isn&#039;t enough land to build these solar facilities.  Is the main issue the proximity to existing power lines?

Ted Turner owns millions of acres of desert land that he bought specifically for solar.  Why not just work with him and put it there?</description>
