honda for one claims H2O as a deposit and claims that the air comming out of the exhaust is better quality air than the pollutants surrounding a city like LA CA in 2006...........
carbon taxes will be put on show for the first time once the tax code is  written..

bringing back 1986 near-levels would cost the taxpayer a run for its money.....

money supply and pulic policy concensus circles should bring a measure to work...
