This is impossible in the the near future. In 2015 when Solar will be cheaper than coal, Or fill up the deserts with windturbine for night energy, in desert wind speed accerelates when the sum is out. Even when the sunshine state is cloudy, you can get from anywherev else (smart grid). But affordable efficient PVC's, we will have more energy that we don't know what to do with.
