'Appeared serious' is the operative phrase here. He was not really serious or he would have found a way to get it done. Instead he got health care done, and I think he actually was serious about that, but all the climate talk from Obama was just talk. Talk designed to get support from the alarmists, who are apperently mostly young and female (at least that's what I've read).

Oh well, all we can do now is hope that the EPA can control the whole economy through carbon their own restrictions. Good luck with that.
