DESCRIPTION:In advance of gathering in San Diego for SB'13\, Saatchi & Saatchi S is hosting a collaborative working session on gender diversity and sustainable business value on March 13th from 5:00 - 8:00 pm.     With increasingly clear evidence that investing in women can result in stronger communities\, more profitable organizations and better environmental performance\, we are exploring the role of women as leaders in sustainability. Are the leadership skills often attributed to women the key to successful sustainability programs? If so\, how do we nurture those skills in both men and women\, as well as increase recognition for their value?     We are eager to explore this and other ideas\, hear your perspective and gather ideas from the community. Please join us for this interactive event!  The content developed during this event will help shape a session at SB'13 called "Gender Diversity and Sustainable Business Value" led by Kellie McElhaney (Haas School of Business)\, Jen Boynton (Triple Pundit)\, Aman Singh (CSR Wire) and Annie Longsworth (Saatchi & Saatchi S).     Appetizers and beverages will be provided.
