Jennifer Scholze is Senior Director, Sustainability Solutions Product Safety and Stewardship for SAP.  In this video she explains how SAP is working with women in Ghana as part of the Ghana Shea Value Chain Initiative. In the context of a long supply chain, SAP uses its technology platform to minimize the number of middle men necessary to get supplies to purchasers. The goal of the initiative is to increase the income for women that are harvesting shea nuts.  Scholze discusses how SAP demonstrates their commitment to supporting communities and improving lives in disadvantaged areas of the world.
