Hungary sells 2.5m EUA

The Hungarian government has sold 2.5 million EU emission allowances (EUA), raising €16.82m (£13.14m, $20.40m). The EUAs were sold for an average price of €6.73 each between 23 May and 22 June. The volume weighted average price for exchange traded instruments over the period was €6.63. Specialist commodities trading investments firm, CF Partners, advised the Hungarian government on the sale.
