Eurosif launches new version of Transparency Code

By 3p Contributor

Eurosif, the European Sustainable Investment Forum, has launched version 3 of the European SRI Transparency Code to reflect recent market developments and make it ‘more user-friendly’. The code seeks to ensure asset manager signatories are open and honest, and disclose accurate, adequate and timely information to enable stakeholders – and retail investors, in particular – to understand the policies and practices of a given SRI fund. Developed with national SIFs and the French Association Française de Gestion, the code focuses on SRI funds distributed publicly in Europe and has been designed to cover a range of asset classes, such as equity and fixed income.
