Finger lickin’ good…

By 3p Contributor

KFC, a Yum! Brands company, has once again been recognized as one of the best workplaces in the UK at this year’s Great Place to Work Best Workplaces Program, ranking 18th in the Large Employer category.

Great Place to Work recognized KFC for the fun and friendly culture, strong team work and for the range of learning, development and education opportunities open to employees. A Great Place to Work is defined as being a place where employees trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with. Organizations who take part in the Best Workplaces Program are evaluated using a methodology, which combines results from an employee survey and management survey, with the experience of employees being the most important element of the evaluation, accounting for two-thirds of the total score.
