RAPs take off in Australia

More than 300 major Australian businesses – including 11 of the country’s top corporations – government and community organisations have reconciliation action plans (RAPs) since Reconciliation Australia launched the concept five years ago. RAPs are holistic business plans designed to create better relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the broader Australian community through action at an organisation level.
