Workwell updated...

By 3p Contributor

Business in the Community (BITC) has launched a new version of its public reporting guidelines on Employee Engagement and Wellbeing; reiterating its relevance to investor decision-making.

The guidelines, which were first launched in May 2011, now also include detail informed by the expectations of the investor community, as well as updates on the business case for engagement and wellbeing, and best practice case studies from leading organisations.

BITC Workwell consulted members of the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association (UKSIF) and invited contribution from the members of the Steering Committee of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI)-coordinated engagement on Employee Relations.
