Celia Richardson makes Power list

By 3p Contributor

Celia Richardson, director of external affairs at Social Enterprise UK, has been named in the 2013 Power Part Time list, a roll call featuring 50 powerful UK executives - who all happen to work part time or flexibly.

Lily Lapenna, founder & CEO of the social enterprise MyBnk is also on the list.

The 2013 Power Part Time List has been put together by the Timewise Foundation, a social enterprise that champions the social and business benefits of creating good quality flexible working opportunities.
Co-founder Karen Mattison MBE built the list to ‘shine a light’ on modern day patterns of work, after taking nominations from all round the UK. Mattison aims to de-mystify the process of climbing the career ladder, while working flexibly.

Mattison said: “Celia, Lily and the other 48 individuals on the list represent the face of modern work. In sharing their stories, they prove there is more than one path to success. So much of the conversation around flexibility, until now, has focused on what’s not possible. The Power Part Time Listers are trailblazers, paving the way for future generations.”
